ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

The operational positions within RaTu are: Human Resource Manager, Finance Manager, Public Relation Manager, Marketing Manager, IT Manager and Project Manager. These positions carry full-time responsibilities for the ongoing daily operation of the company as well as the in-house translator or interpreter dealing with lighter work load project.
RaTu will assign a project coordinator to each project and he/she will work in close association with the client on each of his/her translation projects, in order to maintain consistency and quality of services. Some of the positions for editor and translator or interpreter will be contracted out for freelancer in the database. The project coordinator will manage the project details.
